How do I sign up for new account?
Registration on Hiraj.com is as easy as 1.. 2.. 3! In a single smooth procedure, you can become a member of Hiraj.com and make your journal. Just click on sign up button and fill the required details in the member registration form as accurately as possible and click on the 'Sign up button'. You will get an activation email. Click on the link to activate your account.

How do I add the details of my baby?
Click on add a child and enter the details of child and you relationship with the child.

We are expecting a baby can we have Hiraj.com account?
Yes you can create an account for you expecting baby just use the expected date of birth and name. Don't worry you can change the details after the baby is born. You can use the milestone line baby move, you first scan, baby kicked etc and maintain you pregnancy manual.

What is Hiraj.com Title, Hiraj.com URL?
Hiraj.com Title is the name of you baby journal and Hiraj.com URL (yourchild.Hiraj.com) is web address of you baby journal.

How do I invite my friends and family?
Go to share on the top of the page and select the child that you want send the invitation for sharing the album. You have the option for entering the email addresses manually or by using the address book option. Address book lets you download the email addresses from Yahoo, Gmail or Hotmail and select the relevant email addresses you want to send the invitation too.

Can I use the same account if I have more than one child?
Yes you can use the same account for up to 3 children.

I have another family member capturing the memories of my child. How can I give them similar account access as mine?
You will have to make the family member editor of the album to enable them to make changes to the account. Just go to share and click on edit if they already are members and change the status to editor from reader
You can also send the invitation by checking the box for make invitee editor.

I have made a mistake while entering my child information can I amend it?
Yes you can make the change to the child information by going to the child's account and then clicking on about and make the changes by clicking on edit and update the information.

Can I customise my message for the invitation?
Yes you can customise the message by clicking on Care to add a note to the e-mail we'll send, inviting them to Hiraj.com? Under sharing section.

How do I upload pictures?
From your account go to gallery click on 'New Photo'. You can select the album where you want to add the new photo. Multiple pictures can be added by clicking on Add Another

How to make a New Album?
Click on New Album under gallery section. Enter the name of New Album and enter the date. You can enter the date in the past i.e. if you want to add a new album picture of child's birthday. A full description of the event or album could be provided to be viewed to keep the memories fresh. New Album could be made public or private by selecting the option.

What is public and private Album?
Private album can only be view by you whereas a public album is shared album which could be viewed by your friends and family.

Can I change the sharing option of album from public to private or from private or public?
Yes, you can amend the status of album by going to Album Manage under gallery. You can choose to make the album public, private and update with correct option. There is an option to delete the album.

How can I select the image for competition?
After logging into you Hiraj.com.com accounts go to gallery and select the relevant album from which you would like to choose the picture for the competition. Click on photo manage and choose the image you want to choose by clicking button.

How to add frames to the pictures?
Frame could to added to the picture by going to gallery, album manage, select the image from the album and click on photo edit. You can select the frame you would like to the image by selecting the frame from the bottom of the screen. You can use the scroll button to select the frame of you choice. Why not give the pictures a personalised frame.

What is post card?
Picture post is an electronic post card you can send to friends and family. You have the option to add the text and send to multiple email address.

Why should I use baby growth chart?
Baby Growth chart helps you to plot the weight and height of your baby and good indicator of baby's growth and development.

What are the different measurements I can use?
Imperial (Pounds, Inches) and Metric (Kilograms, Centimetres)

How do I change the units of measurement?
You can change the measurement units by going to settings and under preferences select Imperial (Pounds, Inches) and Metric (Kilograms, Centimetres).

How to enter the weight or height unit of my baby?
Select weight or height and click on edit and enter both the units. Please enter the correct unit with age and click on update.

What is a dental chart?
Dental chart help you track what order baby tooth come in. It helps you track by the dates and something to remember.

What are milestones?
Milestones feature allows you to record wonderful moments your baby achieved for the first time i.e. first smile, first step, first tooth, first toys etc. You can also enter your custom milestones.

How do I enter milestones?
You can enter milestone by clicking on Add Milestones under milestone sections. Then select the milestone from the title and date. You can also enter the comments and the picture for you memories and click on Add Milestones.

I don't have the milestone that I want to enter?
If you cannot find the milestone, just click on customer and enter the milestone i.e. First Diwali, First Eid, Easter etc.
Note: Entries made under milestones don't appear on the Time line but appear on what is latest page.

What is a Time line?
All the entries entered on baby's account will appear under Time line. This will help you track all activities by date.

What is Wish List?
Wish list is a list of desired things. This is a list shared with you family and friends so they can help buy the things that you desire for your baby.

How will Wish List help me?
Wish List will help you plan for event in advance.

Example 1: You were planning a birthday party then you would know in advance how many people would turn up as you can see the status of you invitation.

Example 2: You are expecting a baby and planning nursery. You have created a WishList for the nursery the friends and family can contribute or buy for you. This will help to reduce the duplicate purchases.

How do I make an entry in Wish List?
Wish List is linked to event list. You can enter by clicking on the create a new event tab, enter the name of the event (birthday, christening, nursery etc), date, time, address, venue and description and then click on save and got to step 2

How to enter the items in Gift List?
Once you have entered the event click on Add New Gift
Enter the name of the item and all the relevant information of the product. The list can be used by family and friends to buy gifts for your baby.
Once you have complete section go to step 3 to send the invitation.

What are my buddies?
My buddies are the entire different baby journal shared with your account.

How can I change the password?
Click on settings on the top of the page; enter current password and new password.

What is Email notification?
It helps you track the activity on the account by sending you automated email notification if any activity or comment has been update. i.e. if a friends or family have commented on the picture of you child then you will get an email reminder regarding the comment.

What is picture post card?
Picture post card is electronic card sent to email address.

How do I send picture post card?
Just go to gallery section and click on Post Card tab, at the bottom of the page select from Template Card or Album Photo. Select the relevant image and text. Don't forget to update and send the picture post card.

How can I add frame to the picture?
Click on gallery and click on the image that you want to add the frame to. Click on photo edit and select the frame you want to add to image and save.

What is visitor's book?
Visitor book give an opportunity to friends and family members to leave message for baby. These messages can be saved as memories for the baby.

How do I make an entry to Visitors book?
Just simply click on visitors book and then add visitor section fill the detail and the entry will be saved for every.

Can I use the Visitor book if I visited the baby in past?
Yes you can simply change the date and add the comments.

What are bookmarks?
Bookmarks are just a tool to save important websites that you visited. This tool helps you to store the information with description and can be helpful when needed.
